Android: allow installation from unknown sources — the app is distributed directly, without Google Play. On an old 32-bit phone take the arm32 build from the Telegram bot.
The iPhone app is in the works. For now the key works on a phone in compatible VLESS clients from the App Store.
Size and checksum appear once the file is verified.
No administrator rights needed: the app runs as a normal program.

Where do I get a Core-ID?
The identifier is issued when a plan is activated in our Telegram bot. If you lost it, contact support with the payment date.
The key does not work. What now?
Press “Synchronise” — the page will check the expiry. If it has expired, a new plan is needed. If it is still valid, contact support with the exact error text from the app.
Do I need administrator rights?
No. The app starts its own core and switches the Windows system proxy on and off. It never asks for administrator rights, no UAC prompt appears, and nothing in the system is changed.
Does it work on a phone?
The app is currently released for Windows. The key you get here also works in compatible VLESS clients on other devices.
The browser says the download is "unconfirmed". What is that?
The file is downloaded completely — the browser simply did not receive its safety verdict and keeps the .crdownload name. If your Downloads folder shows a file named “Unconfirmed 201483.crdownload”, that IS the installer: rename it to Top-Top-Setup.exe. The reliable way around it is Telegram — press “Get it in Telegram” above and the bot sends the installer straight into the chat, with no browser involved.
