Where do I get a Core-ID?
The identifier is issued when a plan is activated in our Telegram bot. If you lost it, contact support with the payment date.
The key does not work. What now?
Press “Synchronise” — the page will check the expiry. If it has expired, a new plan is needed. If it is still valid, contact support with the exact error text from the app.
Why does the app ask for administrator rights?
Windows requires them to create a network tunnel. Without them traffic is not captured.
Does it work on a phone?
The app is currently released for Windows. The key you get here also works in compatible VLESS clients on other devices.
The browser says the download is "unconfirmed". What is that?
The file is downloaded completely — the browser simply did not receive its safety verdict and keeps the .crdownload name. Rename it to .exe, or take the file with the command above and compare the checksum with the one shown here.
